October 26: Real Estate Marketing Webinar for the Residential Real Estate Council
I'm excited to share that on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 9:00–10:00 AM PT, I'll be teaching a real estate marketing webinar for the Washington, D.C. area Residential Real Estate Council (RRC)!
The class is called Turn Your Listing Into Your Next Clients, and it's about something I talk about ALL the time: getting more out of your listing marketing.
Obviously, the main goal of marketing a listing is to sell the house. But what about everything else your marketing could be doing for you?
Every listing is an opportunity to show off your expertise, reach new people, and create content that continues working for your business long after the home has sold.
And there are SO many ways to do this!!

If you're not familiar with the Washington Residential Real Estate Council (formerly CRS), it's part of a national organization that offers education, resources, and networking opportunities for real estate professionals.
I'm really looking forward to teaching for their Washington, D.C. area community!

One thing I really want to emphasize in this class is that you don't need to do ALLLL the things.
I know agents are busy. And I know how easy it is to see a million marketing ideas online, save them all, and then never actually get around to doing any of them. (We've all been there!)
I'd much rather you leave with a handful of ideas you're genuinely excited about AND have the time to put into action.
