All Things Social Media at Windermere Midtown's Mastermind

Windermere Midtown Mastermind group at the Lakeview office in Seattle, with a thank-you message to Diane Terry.

When Diane Terry invited me to present about social media marketing to her Mastermind group at Windermere Midtown's Lakeview office in Seattle, of course I jumped at the opportunity! 🤓

It was so fun spend time with this wonderful and welcoming group of real estate professionals and share some of my favorite social media marketing tips. Everyone was so welcoming, and their office is right by Gas Works Park—what an enviable place to work.

Social Media, But Make It Manageable

I love opportunities to share what I've learned about social media marketing with real estate agents, especially when we can focus on practical tips that make marketing feel a little less overwhelming.

Social media doesn't have to be complicated, but it helps to understand your audience, know what's working, and figure out how to make your marketing work for YOU.

Here are a few of the things I covered during my presentation:

  • Understanding your audience: How to analyze your audience so you know where to focus your time and energy on social media.

  • Creating an online "home" you love: Making your social media presence somewhere you actually enjoy spending time, so marketing becomes a more positive experience.

  • Auditing your social media accounts: Taking a closer look at your existing content to figure out what's resonating with your audience and what you should lean into.

  • Getting more personal with your marketing: Exploring different types of personal content and how to share more of yourself in ways that feel natural.

  • Making the most of your DMs: Why direct messages are so important and how to have more conversations with people online.

  • Finding the time to do it all: Realistic ways to fit social media marketing into an already busy real estate career.

That last one is especially important to me. I've spent more than 10 years working with and observing real estate agents (I’ve been a fly on the wall for a longggg time, haha), so I know how much they already have on their plates. I'm all about finding ways to make social media marketing manageable while still making meaningful connections with your audience.

Thank You, Diane Terry & Windermere Midtown!

I have to give a special shoutout to Diane, who has been so kind, encouraging, and supportive of me and my business. I appreciate her so much!

And I absolutely LOVE this picture of the two of us! 😍 Plus, y'all, Diane has some WILD stories. This woman has LIVED! 😂

Thank you again to Diane for bringing us all together, and to everyone at Windermere Midtown's Lakeview office for having me! You all made it such a fun experience, and I hope you walked away with some fresh ideas you're excited to try in your own social media marketing! ✨
